The Consultancy Sector is largely C-Questor’s in house advisory service. The service consists of the Scientific Advisory Board, and the Environmental Ethics Board together with technical and financial advisory services. The role of the Consultancy Sector is to support all aspects of the preparation and implementation of projects on behalf of C-Questor, its Franchise Holders, and Joint Venture Partners. The consultancy service will work to ensure that projects serve the interests of local people, are technically achievable, environmentally beneficial and economically viable. These services will be available both within the organisation, and in support of outside projects.

At the point where a potential project is identified, for example a Renewable Energy Project, the Consultancy service will prepare a report in which technologies appropriate to the location are identified, discussed in regards to the strengths and weaknesses of each technology, and costs estimated. From there, the project owners will decide which technologies they wish to work with, and the consultancy will then be available to assist with environmental impact assessment, the selection of exact location, sourcing of equipment, organisation of training, arranging and overseeing installation, and monitoring of post implementation performance.

Consultancy Technical Overview
The Consultancy Sector exists to provide support to C-Questor, its Franchise holders and others in furthering our shared environmental objectives. Our consultants will be able to advise on such areas as Carbon Trading, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy Technology, Environmental Impact, Reforestation, Combatting Desertification and a whole range of related topics.

We aim to provide a first class service using the skills of our consultants to enable our customers internal and external to meet these objectives quickly, in a cost effective manner, and with the absolute minimum of unintended adverse environmental or social impact. Our Scientific Advisory Board is made up of eminent Scientists in a number of fields, while our Environmental Ethics Committee will ensure that the environmental impact of our projects, and projects carried out using our consultation services are positive, for instance improving rather than reducing biodiversity and so on.

Our Strengths
Within our Consultancy Sector we are particularly strong in the Biosciences, and will put a great deal of effort into restoring damaged land and habitats to a healthy and productive state. This includes restoring bio-diverse forestry, and combating deforestation using a variety of means such as advising on tissue culture propagation of trees and other valuable plants.

We intend in particular to concentrate on promoting the cultivation of both plants and cloned cells of pharmaceutical interest, these being of high financial value.

We wish also to assist with the task of remediation of contaminated land, and see this as a way of both promoting human health, and of making large tracts of land available for more productive use. All our advice will have at its heart the desire to repair the environmental damage humans have done and to further the health and well being of the people we serve, without compromising the future well being of the planet.
