The C-Questor organisational structure is divided into four divisions, the operating division where all our day to day activities, along with support services such as IT and human resources will be handled, the incubator division where new activities not yet ready for commercial application will be nurtured and developed until ready for launch, the franchise division which under the name of Enviro2 will act as the issuing body of our franchises, and finally the sales & e-commerce division incorporating the EnviroCentre which is responsible for the outlet of all C-Questor company products to the global market. The organisation structure also includes two independent boards made up of leading academics from institutions around the world focused on scientific advisory and environmental ethics.
Operating Division
The Operating Division comprises of all the companies business activities, and conducts the day-to-day administration of the company to ensure that the affairs of the company are run in a proper and efficient manner. C-Questor’s senior management is organized on a two tier basis. Policy and control is established by the Board of Directors. The Board delegates responsibility for the policy implementation to the Executive Committee. The Board includes non-executive directors with expertise in climate change; and those representing institutional investors backing the company. The Board meets regularly to draw up policy and to monitor feedback from the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee manages the operational activities covering all aspects of C-Questor’s business. Each of the Company’s twelve sectors is represented on the Executive Committee, together with Vice Presidents serving each of the main functions of the company. The Operating Division is run as a separate business entity under the name C-Change Ltd.
Incubator Division
C-Questor intends that in the early stages of development, until a technology is ready to be operated profitably, that it will be managed by the Incubator Division. Research and development required to bring a project to fruition will be undertake within the Incubator Division. Once a project is capable of functioning as a business unit within a sector, it is intended that the project be transferred to the Operating Division, and that it be rolled out as a commercial part of the business. If there is uncertainty about commercial viability, for example, where a technology is proven, but its cost remains high or subject to a wide margin of uncertainty, the nascent project will remain the responsibility of the Incubator Division. The Incubator Division is managed as a separate entity under the company name C-Questor Holdings PLC. In the early stages of the development of C-Questor, it is anticipated that persons engaged by the company will be expected to function flexibly within both the Operating Division and the Incubator Division.

The Franchise Division is operated by our subsidiary company, Enviro2 Ltd. Enviro2 holds the master franchise of C-Questor, and is the issuing body of our franchises.
