C-Questor through its 12 sectors of operation aims to have a dramatic impact on the emission of greenhouse gases, and by so doing, to play a major part in arresting global warming. Our activities will include biological carbon sequestration using trees and algae and through preventing desertification, geological sequestration, energy efficiency and renewable energy for homes, infrastructure and transport, carbon trading to bring about cost effective change, bio-diversity protection, and application of a wide range of new technologies including nanotechnology and biotechnology to protect our environment. We aim to become highly profitable by commercialising a broad range of by-products of these activities, and financial instruments such as carbon offsets arising out of their provision.
 | Organisational Structure C-Questor is divided into four divisions, the operating division where all services and day to day management will be handled, the incubator division where new activities not yet ready for commercial application will be nurtured and developed until ready for launch, the franchise division under the name of Enviro2 & the sales & e-commerce division incorporating the EnviroCentre. | | Board of Directors A company is only as good as its direction, so C-Questor has gone to great lengths to establish a directorate of eminent scientists and business people with a strong record of practical achievement in areas with strong relevance to climate change. These people include Dr Rajendra K Pachauri who along with former US Vice President Al Gore received the Nobel Prize for his contribution to the problems of tackling climate change. | | Scientific Advisory Board C-Questor wishes to ensure that all its projects are carried out based on sound science, and retains the services of a group of scientific advisors whose role it is to guide our activities. Rather than directly employ our own scientific advisors, it is our policy to call upon this high quality service as and when required. This allows the flexibility to access the services we need when we need them rather than being limited to the scientific expertise directly available within the company. | | Environmental Ethics Board C-Questor is committed to tackling climate change in a way that supports communities, looks after the local environment wherever we work, and protects Bio-diversity. The Environmental Ethics Board ensures that in tackling climate change, we do not ignore the possibility of “collateral damage” to communities, or to other aspects of the environment. | | |
